| SEPTEMBER 17th 10 a.m.-2 p.m. CHEF'S DAY at the market!! The Potsdam Farmers' Market is extending an invitation to all local chefs, cooks, and restaurant owners to MAKE-A-FRIEND-WITH-A-FARMER DAY! All food businesses and agencies are invited to attend. A BONUS: WEAR YOUR CHEF'S OR COOK'S UNIFORM to the market and make some good deals with select vendors!!!!! Many customers are looking for locally produced produce, meat, maple syrup, and honey when they eat out, so this is a wonderful time to proudly display these items on the menus at your establishment! | OCTOBER 15th 10 a.m.- 2 p.m. HOMESTEAD DAY at the Potsdam Farmers' Market! The market will be hosting demonstrations by LOCAL ARTISANS of such skills as candle making, cider pressing, soap making, carpentry, crocheting and knitting, animal husbandry, and much, much more!!! There will be a petting zoo for the little ones. Any artisan who wishes to participate can set up free of charge and sell any of their handiwork.
